our mission
We seek to provide a Biblically based, Christ-centered education to children in their most formative years. Each child is seen as unique and made in the image of God.
Trinity Episcopal School, located in downtown Vero Beach, strives to provide a clean, safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning environment. We offer a quality, educational curriculum that assists the spiritual, social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth of all children.
We support and recognize the parents as the primary educators of their children, and desire to partner with them to provide a strong spiritual foundation to “train up a child in the way he should go”. Proverbs 22:6
Trinity Episcopal School is a ministry of Trinity Episcopal Church.

She wants to make sure all her Little’s feel loved and encouraged every single day while growing academically, socially, and spiritually.

Sheila Hunter
PE Teacher
Aloha! My name is Sheila Hunter. I am so excited to be your PE Teacher this year. I am originally from Hawaii. I have an amazing husband and two little active boys Ellis & Kalani. (Almost 2yo & 4yo). I was a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Instructor in California and taught children’s martial arts for 5 years. I am the Head Coach for Kid PWR Run Club, an empowerment program that teaches children life lessons thru running games & drills. I love empowering children to be healthy & active. It will be a fun, sweaty & awesome year!

Darlene Rodgers
Music / Movement
Mrs. Rodgers comes to Trinity Episcopal Preschool with 30 years of teaching experience. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Music with an Emphasis in Sacred Music and a Master of Education in Special Education. Additionally, Mrs. Rodgers is certified in the Orff Schulwerk approach for music education and certified by the State of Florida in ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages). She and her husband, Lee, have three grown sons and four amazing grandchildren. Darlene enjoys gardening, cooking, baking, and loves spending time with her family.
Music / Movement
Music class for preschoolers is a joyous occasion! Led by Darlene Rodgers, this class encourages children to follow their God-given instincts for singing through voice exploration. With a curriculum of both traditional and Christ-centered songs, children embrace opportunities for movement playing a variety of musical instruments and using speech in rhythm. Classical music forms the background for a wealth of experience for beat and rhythm sensitivity and free/structured movement. As German composer Carl Orff has said, “The work of children is play”.
