PRESCHOOL LEAD TEACHERS:

2-Yr-Old program

Pre-k 4

Trinity Episcopal Preschool seeks a patient, compassionate, Christian childcare teacher who has experience working with children ages 2-4 years old.  The teacher will help lead developmentally appropriate activities that encourage healthy, physical, social, and emotional development for students.

Hours:  Will vary from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Monday to Friday – Full Time and Part Time

REQUIREMENTS:

•Preferred experience working in a biblically based, Christ centered environment.
• 40-hour DCF course.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma
• CPR and First Aid training.
• 1+ years of Child Development and Early Education experience a plus.
• CDA a plus. 

$14-$15 based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITES:

•  Create age-appropriate lessons.
•  Foster a classroom environment of safety and respect.
•  Keep parents/guardians updated on their students’ daily activities and progress.



Teaching Assistant and Aftercare Worker

Trinity Episcopal Preschool seeks a Christian employee to assist the lead teacher in all areas needed. The assistant must be organized, patient, flexible and able to maintain a safe, healthy, and loving atmosphere. This position requires physical activity and will be best filled by an energetic team player who is capable of supervising children in both classroom and aftercare settings.

Hours:  Will vary from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Monday – Friday
Part-time and full-time available.

Additional Duties:

  • Implement daily lessons when the lead teacher is absent.
  • Assist in keeping the classroom neat, clean, and orderly.
  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: High School diploma.
  • CPR and First Aid training.
  • Able to sit, stand, and lift (30 lbs. on occasion).
  • Experience in Child Development or Early Education is a plus.
  • CDA is a plus.
  • 40-hour DCF course will be required within one year of employment.
  • Preferred experience working in a biblically-based, Christ-centered environment.

$13-$15 per hour based on experience.
