    At 23rd Street Turn RIGHT,cross over
    the railroad tracks and U.S.1.  
    Street name changes to Royal Palm
    Blvd. Go four blocks on Royal Palm
    Blvd. and turn LEFT onto Pine Avenue.

    From US Hwy 1:  Turn EAST onto
    Royal Palm Boulevard. Go four blocks
    on Royal Palm Blvd and turn LEFT onto
    Pine Avenue.
